Riksbyggen is looking for a Property Caretaker in Enköping

You will be responsible for both interior and exterior maintenance for our customers and will become part of a team managing daily operations. Duties include garden maintenance, snow clearing, and ice control when necessary (including holidays), minor property repairs, customer contact, purchasing materials, and maintaining machinery and hand tools.

You will work both independently and together with your colleagues, and you will have great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work on your own initiative.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to identify and meet our customers' needs – you want to help create a good living environment. It is important that you enjoy teamwork and have a positive attitude towards work, customers, and colleagues. It is also important that you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and capable of organizing your work efficiently.

You have a high school education and/or vocational training, preferably with a focus on property maintenance, operations, or management, or equivalent relevant work experience. Additional qualifications such as gardening education or experience in trade professions such as electrical work and/or plumbing are advantageous. Good skills in tractor driving and handling of garden machinery are also advantageous.

Since the computer is a natural part of the work for all Riksbyggen employees, we would appreciate it if you had some computer literacy and could handle a computer at work. You will also be given the opportunity to develop your skills through internal training.

The position requires a Category B driver's license.

About the position

The position is a permanent full-time employment located in Enköping. Work in other locations within the market area may occur.
